Undercover At Wrigley Field

Good morning.

It is Saturday which means I am groggy and heading off to an Unnamed Famous Donut Chain for my coffee.

Donut Chain really should sponsor the blog.  I see they sponsor the Fan Pictures at Citi Field during the games….

…They like Mets pictures, I like Mets pictures.  I like donuts, they sell donuts.   The Donut Chain Mets Police would be awesome!  We could even have a section where people post pictures of their kids in uniform and call it Mets Munchkins.

Yes you Munchkin Chain I am talking to you!

Speaking of fan pics, a question:  What sort of psychopath gets up out of his seats on a perfectly sunny day and walks around for an inning sneaking pictures of strangers in their jerseys?    You really would have to be insane.  (Click on any image for a bigger view).   This is from last weekend when my insanity took me to Wrigley Field.  Einstein Bagels is also welcome to buy an ad.

Wrigley really is a great time.

They have allowed player-intro music (as opposed to organ) this year which was a bad call.

I guess it stinks if there is a pole in your face.

Someone needs to install some urinals (a trough is just weird.  Especially a center of room trough with someone staring back at you.)

Chicago in general is cool, although I felt there were more Knuckleheads Around Time than in years past.  Time for the Chicago PD to chase the squeegee-type guys.

More from Chicago over in the tumblr pics on the right side of the main Mets Police site.
