Buy The New York Mets Complete Illustrated History Now

Stop everything and buy this book now.

New York Mets: The Complete Illustrated Historyis awesome.

I got to thumb through it last night and it is THE BOOK YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR.

This gets my all-star thumbs up.

I will do a proper review once I get a chance to properly review it…but this is the book.

If you want New York Mets: The Complete Illustrated History you should click that link – it will take you to Amazon where last night the book was available for only $19.80!  (I would have suggested charging you 6 cents more).  By buying through Amazon I get a commission (I am a capitalist).

I will shortly do an interview with the author Matthew Silverman which we’ll post here.  If you have any questions you’d like me to ask please post them in the comments.

In case you are with the federal blogging authority, I did get a free review copy of the book.

Dude, twenty bucks.  Not even.  Just buy it  now….maybe pick up another copy for Jeff or Dave.

….and as awesome as this book is…the next post at 11am is even more awesome!  Come back in an hour.

  1. Does the $20 pricetag include the ability to print New York Mets tickets from home for free?

  2. I hate to be a stickler, but, how can the authors offer an illustrated history of 50 amazing seasons, when the mets have only played 49?

      1. Sorry, but that doesn’t cut it. A “season” involves dirt, grass, chalk and recorded games. If they want to go by “foundation” they should have used “years”.

I call B.S., and pure financial greed. They’re jumping gun on the “50th season” bandwagon, and trying to dupe fans into buying a fraudulent book.

          1. I never assumed, nor suggested that the Mets were involved. It is still a “they”, as it is a “him” the author, and the publisher. Thus “they”

    1. I was going to do it this week but I have been slammed (you can tell how slammed I am by the # of media Goon articles) – I want to properly review the book first
