Official Announcement from the Mets about # 57
New York Mets pitcher Johan Santana was examined today at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City and was diagnosed with fatigue of the left shoulder. His shoulder exam was otherwise normal. Johan will spend the next week with the Mets in New York. He will rest from throwing but maintain a fitness program. He will resume his throwing program once his shoulder is at full strength.
What is the big rush to bring him back?….Maybe we will finish 4th instead of last?…What could he pitch 1 or 2 games?…Forget About it!
HAs anybody watched Chen Meng Wang of the Nats? Hhe had the same surgery as Johan and he has been out almost 2 years!
