Section XII of Times’ Mets Summary Terms Sheet mentions ‘All Star Game’

Thanks to @ceetar who has eagle eyes..the Times’ version of the “New York Mets Summary Terms Sheet” refers to “All Star Game” and “Access to purchase tickets to All-Star events / accomodations.” It sort of kind of suggests a Flushing All Star Game, but I guess it could potentially mean that the Mets will hook you up with some seats in Kansas City. Your $20 million also allows you “access to purchase tickets to Postseason games”, at least in the Times’ version. The Mets must be thrilled this leaked.

  1. I’m pretty sure all teams have access to ASG tickets each year, so it very well could mean Kansas City. Of course, I’m hoping Flushing gets the 2013 game, but it sounds like Washington is making a push. (Though, it also seems like Bud will be open to doing two NL cities in a row again, after Minnesota gets one.)
