Mets add family power pack tickets

For just $22 per ticket, you’ll get one of each of the following:

Game ticket in the Left Field Landing
Hot dog, hamburger or veggie burger
Nathan’s French Fries
Medium fountain soda

Tickets are available for select games. Each order is subject to a $6 order fee (cough cough cough achoo cough); package price includes all other applicable per ticket fees. Tickets will be available for ballpark pickup on the day of the game only.

So by under $25 they mean $28?  Those fees ain’t free.  I know, I know, the “ticket” is under $25…

I hate the fees.  Just declare a number and stop with that stuff.  Divvy it up on the side with the ticket agencies or whatever.

  1. Couldn’t agree more on the fees. Just name the price and that be that.

As for the offer, was looking at it last night. My problem is that neither my wife nor I will eat those foods so we’re paying either for food we won’t eat or food we’d rather our kids not eat. I’d actually prefer if my son just got a cheap hat with his ticket.

Also, last year we found that the cheapest games were even cheaper on Stub Hub (or whatever). I got for tickets for less than 75 last year – including all the fees.

  2. well if you buy 4 it’s only 23.50 a ticket.  those order fees always kill the individual unless you buy at the box office but that’s too risky in this day and age when you might end up with only the $60++ tickets left.
