As of March 3, 2013 the uniforms have not been revealed. The logo is believed to be leaked.
AUGUST 3: The Mets have announced a press conference for Tuesday at which time they will officially announce the logo.
On Friday this t-shirt which appears to have the logo briefly appeared at the Mets Clubhouse store. It appears the logo will appear at Citi Field in this location. The logo is expected to look something like this or this.

What is an All-Star Ticket Strip?
An All-Star Ticket Strip includes one (1) official 2013 All-Star Game Commemorative Program, two (2) tickets to All-Star FanFest, and one (1) ticket to each of the following: All-Star Sunday, the Home Run Derby, and the 84th All-Star Game.
Where will my MLB All-Star tickets be located?
Due to Major League Baseball requirements, seating locations cannot be guaranteed for 2013 MLB All-Star events. While efforts will be made to provide Full Season Ticket Holders with the same seat location(s) as those held in their 2013 season ticket account, in some cases it may be necessary to relocate these seats for 2013 MLB All-Star events. For accounts with less than 81 regular season games in 2013, seating locations for 2013 MLB All-Star events are likely to vary from that of their 2013 regular season seats.
When will I know what seats are available to me to purchase for the 2013 MLB All-Star Game?
Specific seating locations will be available in January 2013.
When do I need to pay for my 2013 MLB All-Star tickets?
MLB All-Star tickets will be invoiced in January 2013.
How much will tickets cost for the 2013 Mets regular season?
Ticket prices for the 2013 Mets regular season have not yet been set. However, 2012 Mets Full Season Ticket Holders who commit to 2013 Full Season Tickets by taking advantage of the triple purchase opportunity by July 10, 2012 will lock in 2012 season ticket pricing for the 2013 season.
Can I purchase fewer seats for 2013 than I have for 2012 and qualify for the early strip offer for 2013 MLB All-Star events?
No. To be eligible for the early strip offer, the number of seats on your account in 2013 must be equal to or greater than the number of seats on your account in 2012, and the seating category must be the same or better.
Is my 2013 per seat deposit refundable?
No. Your per seat deposit will be applied to your 2013 ticket package invoice.
May I purchase tickets to just the 2013 Home Run Derby or just the 2013 All-Star game?
Tickets for All-Star week events at Citi Field are sold only as All-Star Ticket Strips. An All-Star Ticket Strip includes one (1) official 2013 All-Star Game Commemorative Program, two (2) tickets to All-Star FanFest, and one (1) ticket to each of the following: All-Star Sunday, the Home Run Derby, and the 84th All-Star Game. There are no exceptions to this Major League Baseball policy.
I’m a Full Season Ticket Holder. Will my 2013 MLB All-Star event seats be in the same location as my 2013 regular season full season seats?

Can I get my triple or double offer seats in the same area as my 2013 regular season ticket package location?
Seating and price category preferences are not guaranteed for any additional All-Star Ticket Strips purchased, and not all additional strip purchases will be located together. Additional seats will be purchased online and will be available on a first come, first served basis.
Do I have to purchase the same level seats for MLB All-Star events that I have for the 2013 season?
No. You can upgrade or downgrade your seat location for the 2013 MLB All-Star Game if it is available at the time of your purchase.
Is there a payment plan for 2013 Mets season tickets?
Yes. However, tickets for the 2013 regular season must be paid for in full before taking advantage of your All-Star purchase opportunity. In addition, all 2013 MLB All-Star events must be paid in full prior to receiving your 2013 MLB All-Star Ticket Strips.
Are 2013 season tickets exchangable or refundable?
No, all sales for both the 2013 Mets regular season and 2013 MLB All-Star events are final.

Due to Major League Baseball requirements, seating locations cannot be guaranteed for 2013 MLB All-Star events. While effort will be made to provide Full Season Ticket Holders with the same seat location(s) as those held in their 2013 season ticket account, in some cases it may be necessary to relocate these seats for 2013 MLB All-Star events. In the event a Full Season Ticket Holder must be relocated, the Mets will work with them to secure the best available alternate location. For accounts with less than 81 regular season games in 2013, seating locations for 2013 MLB All-Star events are likely to vary from that of their 2013 regular season seats.
