Terry Watch Watch: Not Right How Mets Are Judging Terry Collins | The John Delcos New York Mets Report

The Terry Watch Watch is a recurring series where we keep an eye on things to see if a Terry Watch is imminent.

Alderson wants to know more if his roster can work and play nice with each other rather than if it has any talent. He’s telling us – again – that it doesn’t matter if you win or lose, but how you play the game.

Unfortunately, they keep score and results do matter. Major League Baseball isn’t new wave, liberal physical education where everybody gets a prize for showing up.

  1. My main beef with Sandy Alderson is that he doesn’t get it. He doesn’t understand the passion Mets fans have for their team. Every shortcoming isn’t worth joking about. Fix it, damnit! For the most part, fans are happy with the job Terry Collins has done. While we may not agree with every decision he’s made throughout every game, he’s making the most of the team he’s been given to manage and the players respect him. If anyone should get fired, it’s gotta be Sandy.
