Sorry but I have to comment.
No idea what this jersey is, from a point of accuracy.
1. From the time Magadan played for the Mets, the only blue jerseys he would have worn were BPs, and none of them would have a name on them.
2. The blue BPs came back in 1995, but quickly exited again in 1999. Though these had names on the backs, none of them would have had a MLB patch (which first debuted in 2000). Most of these jerseys also would have had drop shadows and glacier twill lettering.
3. Today’s jerseys have blue variants again, and the drop shadows were finally killed off in 2012. They also bear patches which this one doesn’t…
So, my guess as to what this jersey could possibly be is a customized 2012-2013 BP jersey… so, I ask the question… Why customize is as a MAGADAN???
