Oh the things that feel like yesterday that are now 30 years ago.

Kids, Seaver was The Man. You all have your panties in a bunch over a guy with 12 wins who does;t even hold a candle to Gooden never mind this guy.  Look up his stats sometime…even in August 1986 he was still going 8 innings.  Maybe the next time the Mets will protect him on the roster.
