Did the Mets Make a Trade?


There are rumors of the Mets trading Rob Whalen and John Gant for Juan Uribe and Kelly Johnson from the Braves. And the biggest rumor is that the Mets are acquiring around $2.7 million in salary. I’m sure this was either confirmed or denied by the time I post this.

Quick update: the trade is official and the Mets sent Muno back to triple A and DFA’d John Mayberry Jr.

Any more trades coming? Come on, just one or two more….
