The Mets just emailed us to let us know what items we can still bid on.
I’ll rip this apart when I have more time (heading to the Bronx to do some Yankees Policing. A rain delay and a camera and some beers will result in all kinds of bizarre posts next week.)
Anyway….sorting by price….why are there more bids on the smoking sign than a locker (maybe there’s nothing a civilian can really do with a locker) and who is paying $920 for a sign?

and the below catches my eye. Why not stick something like this in a Mets museum? Maybe Keith used it once – but I’m willing to live the lie if the Mets and Keith are.

@metspolice
How come the Mets don't email me about this crap? I even placed a bid on something (which I may still own the winning bid), and nothing about new items.
I like the idea of having a locker in the Mets Hall of Fame. When I went to the warehouse in January to see all this stuff, they had a couple dozen lockers. Everything on the auction block is over priced. I laugh at items that got no bids (I'd laugh at 1 bid, but all it takes is one bid to make a sale).
bid on a pic from the exec offices (supposedly) @ $20 shipping on $100 bid. called to verify shipping, and was told $20 firm. Last day on item and max bid @ $140 – shipping @ $25. HORSESHIT from bidder in KY (and that's an equine offense)
