Somehow I went from number 153,000 on the waiting list if I ponied up $7500 for a PSL per seat and then spend $400 per ticket.
Then I was given the honor of paying "only" $250 for a seat.
Then I went on giants.com and got a ticket for the season opener for face value bought directly from the Football Giants. This was unthinkable from 1970 to 2008, save for the "Yale Bowl" era.
Then my company offers me a 20% discount on Jets season tickets.
Ignore the Dow. The real economy is reflected in ticket prices.
