NEW YORK — SNY, the television home of the Mets, today announced that it will hold an open casting call on Saturday, January 9th from 9am-12pm to find the new host of the network’s Emmy-Award winning children’s show Kids Clubhouse. The auditions will take place at SNY’s street-level studio on 6th Avenue and 51st Street in front of celebrity judges, including SNY’s Kevin Burkhardt and Chris Carlin.
Eligible candidates must be between the ages of 14-18, and be accompanied by an adult. The new host will be announced at a later date, and become the star of Kids Clubhouse, which features baseball tips, player profiles, as well as fitness and nutritional advice.
