To recap, Bay spoke for what seemed like 30 seconds, then Dave Howard said there would be a special presentation…and the Mets, always focused on building their brand, had Rod Gilbert come up and hand him a Rangers jersey to remind him that the Rangers beat the Canucks in 1994.
It was just bizarre, ok I will get off this subject.

Usual clueless Mets. I loved Bay saying he was a Vancouver fan on Francesa instead of sucking up to the MSG Mafia.
Word is "Flushing" Bay really wanted a John Tavares jersey.
It was a nice idea, but somebody really should have checked to see which team (if any) Bay followed before they did it.
