New Era calls this one the “over logo”
We see hints that a hybrid would look “better” with this style NY as opposed to blue on black..but it still isn’t a good look.

What Mets fans talk about when not talking about the actual games.
If they eliminated the “Mets” on the front, would not be opposed to this replacing the blue-on-orange logo’d cap. It wouldn’t actually look that bad. Might want an orange button on the top though.
I like where it’s going. Here’s how I would like to see the hybrid if they must have one.
