“Crowd” shots of Mets-Marlins doubleheader

Supreme Commander Lukas is at the game and starts off the crowd shots, this one about 40 minutes before game time.  Click on the photo for a better look.

To be fair, 4pm is hard to make, many of us who were interested in the doubleheader are going tomorrow since tomorrow is of course a Saturday, and lots of people have travel issues and many others don’t have power at home.

And it’s the Marlins.

Gonna be a long 18 innings. I’m going to go “running with Rose” and I’ll be in and out over the next 7 hours. I can’t give the Mets 18 innings in a row tonight. Sorry. And since the bullpen is rested who is in favor of a 22 inning 1st game? I’m off tomorrow, I can watch all night.

Quite a few twitter followers are at the game…

@Del2327 says these are from 4:05pm

and @mcclousc with some JJ Abrams effects

Good ol’ @sclevine with a first pitch check in

and @mskatiebordiuk at 4:38pm

You guys rock, thanks for sending this in!

  1. There is like 7 people in the stadium oh now wait, thats the ushers and venders…sorry….Nice!…I guess you can only watch so much bad baseball!

Everybody will get a foul ball!

They should let the stray dogs in – 4 paws =2 feet!

Mets / Marlins…riviting!…BATTLE FOR THE BASEMENT!

Sorry I’m watching the Giants / Jets game tonight!

  2. And every time you go to the bathroom or for food, they will still ask to see your ticket. At least they will know you on a first name basis.
