Great great job by Terence:
Gents,
‘Goon and I picked this up last Sunday at the Mets Team Store. I was 2 days late for the 35% off so alas only 15% off. I brought it to my local Uniform/Sporting Goods supplier in the Bronx (A dying breed I’ll tell ya), Parkview Sportscenter on Broadway by Manhattan College
I went a little all out and had them ad the 50th Anniversary patch to the left sleeve and think it looks great! I know they won’t wear ’em like that this year, but it’s my shirt, so don’t tell me what to put on it!! Ok…one too many 5 hr energy today.
Anyway, whether it’s a place like this, Stitches in Queens or even Gerry Cosby in Manhattan (if your 2nd mortgage gets approved) there are options to customize your new VB Day Unis without MLB, AND you’d be supporting a local small business to boot!
LGM!

Great job Terence! I gotta say, I have been wearing the blue out and about town and they are much more fashionable than folks may have realized. Buy the blue!!
Being an Ike fan myself, I gotta give kudos to this personalized jersey.
I actually found the blue BPs a little boring up to this point, but it looks freaking awesome with the patch.
I just had mine (2012 road replica) done at Cosby’s and it was actually slightly cheaper than Stitches, although I had only number on front ($7/digit) & back ($11/digit), no name, plus standard skyline patch added to sleeve ($6 stitch fee, plus cost of patch which I purchased elsewhere). Came to $42; Stitches wanted $50. NOB would have cost more, obviously. Not a big difference, but I work in midtown so it was more convenient to drop off & pick up at Cosby’s.
