Man as I work on 1990’s week ( I did a lot of these the night after the Mets were swept by the Yankees in the Bronx) I can’t believe what a disaster this decade was. Sure there was a little success at the end but I feel like everything I am posting from uniforms to Gooden to trades is a disaster.
Here’s one from an article called Bonilla Lashes Out At Lasorda, Dodgers. Oh good. I’m glad the agent thinks this will go well. As long as the Mets don’t sign Bobby to a 30 year deal all will be fine.
Those who know Bonilla best believe his upcoming return to the Mets will be much better than his first tour of duty with them. “Bobby has been looking forward to this ever since it looked like he might be going back to New York,” said his agent, Danny Horowits. “We’ve talked a lot about it, and Bobby knows this is a great second chance for him.
