  1. Just saw last week’s “Royal Pains” that I DVR’d. They were in Savannah and featured the Sand Gnats! Episode name is “Lawson Translation”. This is not the first time the Mets family has been in this show. Season 4 had a story arc featuring JoAnna Garcia (a.k.a. Mrs. Nick Swisher, who was with the Yankees at the time) as a doctor who was an avid Mets fan.

  2. It is true about Royal Pains and the love affair with the Mets. The Joanna Garcia thing was done on purpose to throw a dig at Swisher. Last week’s episode was shot in March down in Savannah. The Show Runner and one of the Creators are big Mets fans. Matter of fact, a lot of the crew are Mets fans..including…ME…..
