Is it possible that the Times was punked by a Fake Terry Collins?  Actual Terry Collins leaves pitchers in when they are pitching well.  I see no evidence of limiting anyone’s innings whether they are a second year pitcher, a guy with a taped on shoulder or if it is 29 degrees out.
