A Brogna sighting by @MetsMom at Sunday’s game. Remember when an improved outfield included players like Rico Brogna?

What Mets fans talk about when not talking about the actual games.

That’s right, just ignore posts, as mine earlier noted, that Brogna was a first baseman. Oh wait, it’s time for another diatribe about a capital letter on a uniform… Talk about the Pravda image you continually posted all summer on Twitter! Hide the truth! Buy my new book, “Send The Denial Guy!”
Hey Peter, you do realize the joke about the improved outfield is about this years “improved outfield” and not that Brogna was an outfielder. WE ALL KNOW HE WAS A FIRST BASEMAN. Maybe you should by my new book- READING COMPREHENSION for Peter.
I’m new to this discussion, but… Nice try, Media. Take a player from 15-20 years ago and work him into a “contemporary” joke from last winter. Clearly the last book you read was “Helen Keller’s Guide To Humor.” And congrats on mastering the caps key. In addition, you don’t explain why you ignored the claim the guy made about his first post.
Stan-And which post was Peterr referring to? Looked for it couldn’t find it. And the joke from last winter wasn’t from last winter. It was said recently by Alderson.
Mr. Goon, jeez, let up. Whether you agree with the guy or not, he’s a reader. Let’s work on our people skills.
How is it agreeing or disagreeing when he is wrong? Oh, and we can’t respond to someone in the same tone that they respond to us? Yeah, that doesn’t fly with me.
