Following the 1986 World Series there was a flood of books from those associated with the Mets, including Oh Baby, I Love It!: Baseball Summers, Hot Pennant Races, Grand Salamis, Jellylegs, El Swervos, Dingers and Dunkers, Etc, Etc, Etc It’s pretty much a standard, ex ballplayer “autobiography.”
