Queens Baseball Convention 2014
It’s only 129 days until Opening Day at Citi Field. Even closer it’s only 98 days until the first Spring Training game in Port St. Lucie. Even closer than that it’s only 57 days until the QBC!
What’s the QBC, you might ask? Shannon(@MetsPolice), Keith (@mediagoon) and Darren (@The7Line) have been working around the clock to give fans something to look forward to in the time between season’s end and Spring Training – the result…The Queens Baseball Convention. The first of what will hopefully be many years of winter gatherings amongst Mets fan to celebrate all things associated with the team from Queens.
There will be discussion panels, trivia, a dating game, mascot appearances, fun with jerseys, children’s activities and so much more! If that hasn’t sold you, there will even be a DUNK TANK! So you can get that guy, you don’t really like but tolerate, from Twitter soaking wet!
So on Saturday, January 18th, head down to McFaddens at Citi Field for the most fun you’ll have between September and February!
