I was unfamiliar with Mr. McKenzie, apparently a 1962-63 Met. Wikipedia lists him as 80 years old. Cool card.

Ken MacKenzie a staple of Mets lore for 50 years. Only winning record on ’62 club — and a Yalie, leading to the oft-repeated story that when in trouble on the mound, Casey to instruct him to “make like yer facin’ the Harvards” or words to that effect.
If you’ve never heard of Ken Mackenzie, you have no right doing a Mets blog. The team existed before Mazzilli.
