I would take this one seriously. Having been fired twice in my life I know the signs. The little nitpicks at the things you have been doing all along….such as letting your starting pitchers throw crazy pitch counts. We’ve also had reports of Increased Jeff Activity.
Heard today the Mets’ brass wasn’t thrilled with Collins pushing deGrom to throw 122 pitches on Monday.
