By the way, the 9/11 memorials will be held on the 11th of September this year. If only there were some mechanism where MLB and New Era could trot out caps for one-off occasions it would be neat. You know maybe teams could wear caps to honor the military and donate the proceeds to military charities, or maybe even first responder caps and donate those proceeds to a related charity. If only MLB and New Era had some sort of way to do that….
