The Mets told the accredited media, in so many words, we haven’t a clue how the UN became Citigroup. Which I believe, because if we’re gonna accuse the Mets hierarchy of being clueless, we have to stay consistent.
That’s golden. But everything Greg Prince writes is golden. I used to wonder why the Times didn’t snatch up Greg, but now that the Times is printing Hacker Theories I’m not sure they deserve Greg.
Anyways…..the great zing above aside, Greg write a masterpiece about this fanbase which the folks in Queens still don’t understand after all these years. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some Faith & Fear.
