Guess who went away this morning? That’s right, Shannon Shark. You know what that means right? The Mets make an announcement. The tweak to the the uniform is the pinstripes going back to being white and getting rid of the cream”ivory” color that was around for the last few years.

The @mets account tweeted this locker pic first as a teaser.
Then they released the new hats.
The Mets have a new take on the BP cap adding orange to the front panel and they also added a new road alt cap to match the road blue jerseys.
I personally like that new alt road alt cap.( I’ve been wearing something similar with my alt road blues that I have.) I wonder how Shannon would react. I think he’d be okay with it but will have same reaction I do with the BP caps. It reminds me of the workout BP cap from this years all star game. I wasn’t excited about it but I own one.
And finally here’s a pic of all the unis and hats together.
Did anyone notice the two jerseys that are missing? I don’t know if they are in the style guide for 2015, but I don’t see the pinless snow whites or the black jerseys at all. Tweeted the @mets account but as of now have no response.
