I can’t call this the New Odd Couple because that already happened…so here in Odd Couple III (or IV if you wanna count that pesky movie) we see that Oscar is wearing a Mets t-shirt. I understand that Oscar is no longer a sportswriter, and unfortunately not a blogger. He is a sports radio talk show host. That’s where the show becomes unbelievable. What kind of NYC sports talk show host like the Mets?

Actually, this is Odd Couple V, if you count that pesky play. Oscar always was a Mets fan and he always wore Mets stuff. I guess his personality jived more with the Mets than the staid, white-shirt, black suit Yankees.
