As many of you know I hate “advanced” stats and think people are just looking to make up things like Defensive Runs Saved, this new (?_ Game Score crap or the thing where we invent a hypothetical minor leaguer who doesn’t even exist (redunandt) and decide he is better than Murphy.
So I truly loved this tweet I woke up to.

You pitch to win the game. Sometimes that takes a 1-0 shutout. Sometimes you get up 7 early and can just fire fastballs down the middle, win 7-4 but save the bullpen. Nice job Adam!
