Well the answer is probably because he never should have been allowed to stay in.  The manager should have protected his star player.  Didn’t we do a whole Prevention and Recovery campaign?

Fortunately for Terry, Johan sleeps well.  (For the record I started discussing it in the 5th inning when Johan was at 75 pitches.)
