1. This hat might be in violation of the United States Flag Code if you interpret it a certain way.
   The U.S. Flag Code section 8g says, “The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.”
   Not sure if this counts as an actual “flag,” but regardless, I think this hat is in poor taste.
