In case you weren’t hanging out on twitter last night (@metspolice) I started wondering why they kept showing this sign, and started goofing. By the end of the night I had decided that Top Dog was a new TBS sitcom starring Josh Radnor as a former MLB Ace who is forced to take a job as a dog-sitter after blowing out his arm throwing too many innings. Hilarity ensues.
