Welcome to Life Without Mets, a recurring series where we discuss what we do now that we’ve gotten three four hours of our day back.
For me, I am finding it wonderfully refreshing to do something else. Last night I was able to resume Lost Rewatch with my eldest, and we’re in Season 5 which is the boring time travel stuff – so I managed to replace boring with boring.
Then, some catch up on the normally boring Fear The Walking Dead (hey wait, maybe I am addicted to staring at boring television????) but gotta admit the hotel stuff was more interesting than the mothership has been at points. I still have to watch the finale and still want to kill off all the main characters.
Finally on to Westworld which was lots of fun, and that teaser for The Young Pope sure caught my attention.
Tonight is Massive Video Games Night, and I can’t wait to get back to No Man’s Sky.
I understand there was a baseball game and some dud ran the bases poorly or something. Dunno. Don’t care.
