I’m rooting for Johan Santana and hope his comeback works out.
I’m told his shoulder problems have absolutely nothing to do with the manager letting him throw a career high pitch count so you guys could get Nohan t-shirts, and was totally because someone stepped on his foot three starts or so later, which of course led to 4 seasons of shoulder problems.

The veteran lefty has not pitched in the majors since the 2012 season.
