Hooray!
I am of the strong belief that playing in the WBC has messed up several players, and I’m glad that Thor is focused on winning for the Mets.
I hate that the WBC takes place in March, and I have advocated for it taking place as a week-long replacement for the All Star Game every 4 years. Alternatively, hold it in November.
I encourage all Mets to ignore the WBC. I hope they pick lots of Nationals (I could use a Team USA #20 jersey).
