SLACKISH REACTION: The Mets won a relatively uneventful 4-2 fame. The “exciting” part was watching Terry be tortured to see if he should leave Gazelle Man in to bat with 2 out and the bases loaded in the 6th….he did…and Gazelle Man walked, proving Terry to be a genius. It was a pretty boring game and I dove in out of DVR shows while second screening the Mets via sling box. 4pm starts suck.
The newspaper says Flores is hitting. If only the Mets knew. Apparently Flores had a bad April so couldn’t play. If only he smiled like Jose Reyes then he could play.
That’s pretty much it since we’re coming off a holiday weekend – but seriously read the Times thing.
