Jeff brought in Sandy Alderson who presumably had the mission to create a winning culture.

So I like Mickey and all but his mission seems to be to promote a winning culture……the same mission from 2010 that was the reason the COO gave for changing GMs. That begs the question to Mr. Alderson – what have you been doing these last 7 seasons?
