The fans seem to be in several camps:
- The Smart People who agree with everything I wrote above.
- The haters who want NEW players not the old players
- The people who will be upset that now Conforto has to play CF.
So this wants me to put the band back together. What if you had Neil Walker at 2B? What if you had some veteran bench players in Jose Reyes and Curtis Granderson. What if you brought back Addison Reed.
That might seem like crazy talk but what if I told you this time we won’t give 30 of Syndergaard’s starts to Tommy Millone and friends. 30 starts is a lot man. (Longer post on this later today after my coffee).(And yes I know Millone only started 5 games, you get my point.)
