Poor dogs. They just want to be warm while enjoying their favorite baseball team and it’s gong to cost them an extra $15 to go see the Mets in May as opposed to April or September. Poor dogs. Also the poor humans are being charged $45.
And any idea why the spread on human vs dog pricing goes from $5 to $10 when it’s nice out? Does it cost more to have dogs in the park when it’s nice out?
I know this all goes to a good cause and all (details anyone? Does NSAL get all the dog proceeds or are dogs part of the visiting team’s cut of revenue?) but come on.
For a family of one with a dog this is a $80 outing, and that’s before you buy your dog ice cream, and presumably you take a car to this one since you don’t yet live in the affordable housing across 126th street.
Do you have any idea how many hours my dog has to work to make $35?
