The new Shea would have a museum/hall of fame, picnic area, stadium club and party suites. A separate parking garage would be built on the south side of Roosevelt Avenue. For now, Mr. O’Shaughnessy said, the Mets have scrapped plans for a entertainment center, something they had talked about building on the site of the old stadium.
