I’m really ticked off at the Mets for leaving the bloggers behind. There was a time, when they were Madoffing and losing that they needed the bloggers. But the rotation is good, they think they have a good team, Shannon Forde passed away and the guys from Pittsburgh running the show don’t give a hoot.
So, rather than do a proper post like I could back in the day I’ll cobble together what I can from the Mets having The Media Elite over. And Mets, you know half the guys that cover this team weren’t around a year ago and won’t be a year from now. Just remember this day, I know I will.
So before we begin here are some random photos that have nothing to do with today’s event for the Media Elite.
Ok now that we remember who owns the Mets, let’s take a look at the food offerings at Citi Field.

As many of you know the joke for years has been that the bloggers sold out for steak sandwiches. Well now that we bloggers no longer get free sandwiches I guess we aren’t on the payroll. I didn’t even get a post-event email summary thing.
