I was looking at the early schedule, and it’s not going to be that easy to watch games, at least for me.
The Opener – well I’m going, so that’s cool.
No game Friday.
Saturday – finally the Mets play a day game! But LOL I have a soccer tournament.
Sunday – day game! I think the wife is gonna make us do Easter Stuff. Every year she asks what I want to do for Easter and I say Nothing. So instead of hilarious tweets I will be sitting bored with inlaws.
Monday – night game! Except I work Monday nights. 🙁
Tuesday – night game hooray!
Wednesday – day game, people have jobs.
Thursday – ANOTHER day game, people have jobs.
Friday – NO GAME! It’s the slack day off in case the Nats home opener is rained out.
Saturday April 7 – holy cow, a day game. Soccer.
Sunday April 8 – day game. Soccer. Woohoo hijacked to night for ESPN. Still sucks.
Monday April 9 – night, gotta work.
Tuesday April 10 – FINALLY I can get into a normal Mets watching rhythm. Hopefully this isn’t one of those Bobby Valentine bad starts where the season is over already and I have to start doing The Math.
