So we leave Saturday and all is well. Sandy goes home, thinks long and hard and decides that after a week of telling us that deGrom is fine that the Mets should be cautious.
Not cautious mid week. Not cautious Saturday morning. Once they determine he’s “fine” then they decide to be cautious.
With a 5 game losing streak he decides to call up a guy with a 6.75 ERA to make a spot start on Monday.

When is Mr. Torre going to crack down on the blatant uniform violations going on in the Mets dugout? Coaches “in uniform” are allowed in the dugout. These people are clearly not in uniform.
