The Washington Post has a first look at the 2018 All Star Uniforms, and there are a few things on the MLB Shop site.
In the past stuff will show on the MLB Shop site presumably as they test links, and then disappear. So don’t be surprised if you find nothing or all sorts of things.
I will share Mets stuff as I get it. Figure it looks like a combo of the below but, you know, Mets’d.

The NL jerseys feature the word “National” in the same script font as the Nationals’ word mark across the chest, an image of the Capitol dome, the All-Star Game logo on the right sleeve and the player’s team logo on the left sleeve. The side panels feature navy and white piping with silver stars.
I don’t have images of the jerseys I can share yet but image the below design but with buttons and a Mets patch.
Stuff goes on sale Monday so we should see official Mets designs soon. Media Goon is on his way to Phoenix Modells.
