So thanks to everyone who has been amplifying the idea of taking Wright out on defense. Some people seem to think I am misremembering what happened with Jeter in 2008 when they closed down Yankee Stadium II. You will find the moment, and my inspiration for the Wright idea at 8:08 below.
SLACKISH REACTION: I played soooooo much Spider-Man. Soooooo much. It’s very good. I also think Jameson is right and Spidey has no plan for the city. As for the Mets, they lost. Whatever. The season is too long.
Was thinking about the Harvey Trade….the Mets got nothing, but it seemed like a good idea so I won’t kill them. The Reds would have won the trade but they were too stupid to trade MH….I think the winner is Matt. He has shown enough here and there that I won’t be shocked if he wins 15 next season. He needs to learn to not blow up once a runner gets on, but he’s pretty tight in clean innings.
