SLACKISH REACTION: MLB somehow was able to schedule last night’s playoff game for 7:09pm Eastern without the West Coast completely abandoning the sport. Tonight’s game is at 7:39pm and involves the Dodgers. How will they survive? Don’t get too excited though, there’s an INSANE 9:09pm start on Tuesday. Nine oh nine. With a 9 in it. GFY.
I woke up to see that the Patriots-Chiefs game was good. I didn’t even once think about putting it on. I don’t mean that I decided not to watch it (I decided not to watch baseball), I never even thought of the game’s existence. NFL is really boring me, I have been barely making it through the Red Zone at 1pm and then bailing. I think I won’t renew RZ next year, which is a major step for me.
In Mets news, there is no Mets news. Some blogs are wasting your time with players they are targeting for the Mets to acquire. That’s a waste of time on so many levels.
You should FOLLOW THE MONEY but you won’t. It’s easier to speculate on the GM.
Also, the Mets won Best Burger. Yay.
