SLACKISH REACTION: I was pretty unhappy with my own blogging so far in 2019…there’s been nothing to write about, and I had several busy work days and a caper or too. Well friends, that’s been fixed. Last night I did about 30 posts, over the course of three or so hours while watching 6 episodes of Battlestar Galactica ’04. That should get me to February….and if the Mets ever announce anything I can use it for my Summer Vacation filler.
I need you to read what I wrote last night about the Mets’ complete utter lack of legitimate major league depth. It is ALARMING and I am sounding the alarm. Nice suits and a Robinson Cano press conference may have fooled Jeff….and yeah we have two closers for some reason….but seriously I need you to read what I wrote. The Mets seem to have traded Plawecki, but the Mets don’t send me trade announcements. They got back another .175 hitter to join Broxton and the rest of the Mendoza Line brigade.
