John Ricco has some new made up job.
The Mets said in a statement that Ricco will report to COO Jeff Wilpon regarding special business and finance projects while also remaining as an advisor to general manager Brodie Van Wagenen. He will continue to help with salary arbitration and the payroll. (Via NorthJersey.com)
The Mets didn’t send me the statement so I guess if whoever is running the show post-Jay wanted you to know they will let you know.
