Someone was eating the Bloggin-Dazs last night and that person was me! I did some evening posts because I had to Actually Work (TM) all day (and again today, what the hell man) – and I had my good entertainment fastball. Speaking of Ice Cream…
What is Mets Ice Cream Anyway?
All the other sites missed the Big Wilpons Story yesterday.…and I’m not being jokey here. What happens if their cashflow isn’t what they thought?
And why did Lyin’ Todd Frazier have to travel to New York to see the King Of Kortisone? (Sad) And how will the Mets survive Todd’s inactivity – will Jeff McNeil’s .329 bat play?
You should treat yourself to Tom Seaver’s last inning as a Met.
and don’t forget the Curse Of Gary Cohen!
SLACKISH REACTION: I was saying to my kid last night how much I enjoy blogging. I had my good fastball last night on some silly posts, and as I told her, I don’t care if anyone reads it, I am entertaining myself. I had had a long day at work, and writing silly ice cream articles made me happy. If someone else read it and got a chuckle, that’s cool, but I am just having a good time. I also, earlier in the day, was thinking about how this has been fun and that…wait for it….maybe if the Mets do win the World Series while nicely dressed that maybe I won’t quit after all…..I know, right?????…..anyway they will never win so let’s not even waste brain cells.
All I know is I am having fun, and I have a new fun foil in Wags to take out for spins, and the TDKoala (The Dark Knight of Anaheim Los Angeles) is out there for me to make fun of…and yesterday I saw a tweet asking why Jim Riggleman was wearing #5 and I wasn’t sure that it was wrong I mean, you COULD see the Mets being that stupid, right? “Oh, Jim asked if he could wear 5 and it wasn’t being used, so we said sure.” That’s a thing you could imagine, no? So all this is fun and maybe I will stick around.
